Milavec Property Services was built to give commercial property ownership one accountable relationship for understanding the property, managing vendors, planning maintenance, overseeing improvements and staying informed.
Someone has to coordinate the whole property.
Commercial properties depend on a fragmented network of contractors and service providers. Landscaping, snow, HVAC, roofing, paving, cleaning, lighting, signage, specialty repairs, capital projects. Each company is responsible for its piece. Ownership is usually left responsible for coordinating all of them.
Hiring vendors individually does not remove that burden. Someone still has to inspect the property, identify issues, set priorities, write scopes, obtain and compare pricing, coordinate the work, verify it was done, keep the records and plan for what comes next.
MPS was built to be that party. We provide one accountable relationship responsible for understanding the property, coordinating vendors, planning maintenance, overseeing improvements and keeping ownership informed. The individual trades still do the work they are qualified to do. What changes is that ownership has one accountable point of contact for property operations.

Before founding MPS, Sean Milavec worked in commercial construction alongside property owners, facility managers, general contractors and subcontractors. That work built practical knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scope review, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and customer communication.
MPS applies that experience from the owner’s side of the table: assess conditions carefully, define scope clearly, procure it properly, establish expectations before work starts and remain accountable through completion.
