Before launching MPS, founder Sean Milavec built more than 10 years of experience working alongside OEMs, property owners, facility managers, general contractors, and subcontractors on commercial and industrial work across North America. That experience developed practical knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scope review, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and customer communication.
MPS applies that construction and customer-relations experience at the property level: assess conditions carefully, define the scope clearly, establish expectations before work starts, and remain accountable through completion.
