Before launching MPS, founder Sean Milavec spent over 10 years working alongside OEMs, property owners, facility managers, general contractors, and subcontractors on commercial and industrial projects across North America — ranging from routine maintenance to complex capital improvements. That background developed a working knowledge of estimating, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and risk management that most property service companies simply don’t have.
Today, that same construction mindset is applied to every property we service in Southeast Michigan. Whether maintaining a single office building in Troy, providing grounds maintenance for a condominium association, coordinating a site improvement for a broker preparing a listing, or managing multiple specialty contractors on a capital project — the approach is consistent: assess accurately, scope honestly, execute reliably.
